During a routine inspection
One person said 'She helps me get dressed, or with shopping, anything that I ask. They're very nice.' Another lady who uses the service told us 'They've been very good. They try to help me to help myself. They remind me about my pills. They've pulled me together a bit. I think I've improved.' She also said 'They're pretty prompt. If there's a hold up, they always call.
We asked people if they have been involved in their care plan. One person said 'Not that I can remember. There's a file here, but they took it away this morning. It's not in its usual place. They've never had to take it away before.' Someone else mentioned 'No, they've never spoken about anything in a care plan.'
One person who used the service told us 'They've been coming for about a year. We talk about things all the time. My main aim is to stay in my home, and they help me do this.' They also said 'They've never been too busy. They help me with anything really, showering, or anything. I couldn't manage without her.'
