During a routine inspection

We did not speak to people using the service as no patients were available at the time of the inspection. However, we looked at patient feedback survey results from people using the service between January and March 2012 (covering both this location and another Alliance Medical imaging centre). People were asked about how they were treated and the quality of service provided. All responses were positive, with the majority of people rating the service as either 'excellent' or 'above average'.
