During a routine inspection

Since the previous review we received consistently positive feedback from people who use the service or their representatives. This has been echoed in the feedback we received as part of this review. People described the staff as professional, caring, polite, respectful, friendly and supportive. People were well informed about the agency and were consulted about the care they received. They told us staff were reliable, punctual and communicated with them about any changes. The agency was meeting their needs well and worked with any other health care professionals who were involved to ensure continuous care. They told us the office staff were always friendly and helpful. People described the provider, who is also the manager, as 'first class', 'very compassionate, supportive of relatives', and 'inspiring'.
