Our view of the service
Date of Inspection: 29 July 2026. The Carriage House Clinic is an independent GP service which delivers care to patients who choose to access its services. It predominately provides care for patients for menopause symptoms, weight loss treatments, contraception care and some general medical consultations and care.
This was the first comprehensive inspection of The Carriage House Clinic to provide a rating for the location. At this inspection, we assessed 33 quality statements across all 5 key questions: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. We have identified no regulatory breaches.

People's experience of this service
People were positive overall about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, feedback forms and reviews, showed people were highly satisfied with services. Patients reported positive experiences with accessing the service, the caring attitude of staff, the care they received and the premises.
