Date of assessment: 3 March 2026 to 9 March 2026.
Blossom High provides personal care and support to people who require assistance in their own home. This service is a domiciliary care agency. At the time of our assessment 2 people were being supported by the service. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.
This is the first assessment of the service. We carried out a comprehensive assessment. This assessment was announced.
People's experience of the service
Updated
2 March 2026
People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. Staff had a good understanding of people's preference of care, staff promoted people's independence.
People and relatives told us they got on well with staff and staff knew how to support them. A person told us, “The staff are lovely and very kind. The manager is excellent and I can raise any concerns I need to.” Another person told us, “I see the same carers all the time and I feel very safe when they come.”
