During a routine inspection

We last inspected this service under the previous regulatory system on 23 September 2009. The group of people using this service have a variety of complex needs and communication difficulties and were not able to tell us directly about their care, however we observed interactions between them and the staff. Relative feedback was very positive about the service and they told us that staff always treat people living in the home very well. Positive comments were also received from staff. Nursing health professionals told us staff were very strong advocates for people using the service.
