During a routine inspection
The 10 people we spoke to all had positive comments about the care they received. These comments included 'I am so grateful for my carers, their help and support are wonderful', 'my carers are always so helpful and willing to do what I need them to do', 'They are very caring and always keeps me informed of what is happening or if she is running late', 'I am very pleased with the service I have been getting'.
Appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work. There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place. People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
