Enriching Healthcare Ltd also known as Heritage Healthcare Bristol is a domiciliary care service registered to provide personal care to individuals living in their own homes. We undertook visits to the service on the, 14, 15 and 20 October 2025. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. Personal care is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of the inspection the service supported 20 people with personal care. This is the first inspection of the service and we reviewed all quality statements at this assessment. Our overall rating for this service is good.
We gathered information from relatives, the registered manager, and care staff. We sought feedback from health and social care professionals and had feedback from 3 we contacted.
At this assessment, we found a breach of regulation of good governance. As the provider’s quality assurance systems had not identified shortfalls found during the inspection. This included; improvements to some people’s care plans, medicines documentation, where 1 person needed best interest decisions and to some other aspects of the management of the service such as recruitment checks and where some staff needed specific training.
Although we found shortfalls during our inspection, feedback from people and relatives about the care and support provided to them was positive. All staff felt it was a nice place to work and the support provided by the management of the service was good. Staff provided people with choice and control and they provided care that respected their wishes. The registered manager had a diverse workforce and they supported staff with their individual needs.
We have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns found at this assessment.
