During a routine inspection
People said that family members supported them to make decisions about their care. They said that they knew who to speak to if they wished to have any changes made to their care package.
People told us that the care and support they were receiving was tailored to meet their diverse needs.
People said that staff respected their privacy and dignity and provided them with a good standard of care.
People told us that staff were not always punctual. However, they were responsive and receptive to comments made. Concerns or comments raised were acted on.
