One person we spoke with told us, "It's outstanding here. The environment definitely helps and the use of a small site." Another person said that the staff were, "...good at monitoring." Both people told us they had been given a questionnaire to complete each time they had attended to check if there was anything that could be improved. One of them told us there had been changes as a result of comments made about being provided with a more substantial snack after treatment.

There had been training provided in safeguarding vulnerable adults and staff said the course had been very useful.

The complaints system was effective and information was recorded appropriately.
