During a routine inspection

People we spoke to told us that they felt respected by the members of staff at the service, that they could have their own privacy and that they felt safe at The Nile Centre. People who use services that we spoke to did not raise any current concerns about the service.

Overall people were positive about their experiences of using the service. Their comments included:

'They're kind and good here, they appreciate my needs.'

'Being here does help you, you get good company. The staff look after you.'
