During a routine inspection

People spoken with during the visit were very positive about the care and support they receive. They told us that they were involved in decision making about their lives. There was a good rapport observed with staff. People told us that they made choices about their care planning on a regular basis and that their independence was promoted. Evidence was seen in the written care plans of preferences and specific objectives being promoted.

People told us they were able and confident about raising any concerns.
