During a routine inspection

People who use this service are positive about the care they receive and some describe the service as 'home'. People described the staff as caring and kind, that the home is clean and that generally every one gets on well. The general atmosphere in the hospital is calm and relaxed; staff are caring, open and above all enthusiastic about their job. People who use the service are offered a stimulating environment in which to explore new experiences and skills and encourage confidence on which to build a future for themselves.
