Blossomfield Rose is a care home with nursing for up to 80 older people some of whom have a diagnosis of dementia.
People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing or personal care as a single package under one contractual agreement. CQC regulates both the premises, and the care provided, and both were looked at during this assessment. At the time of our assessment 41 people were living at the service.
The assessment included an unannounced visit to the service which took place on 14 and 15 January 2025.
This is the first assessment for this service, and we have rated it as Good.
