During a routine inspection

People living at the home have limited verbal communication, and much of what was said did not relate directly to their experience of the care. Nevertheless, people's open and friendly responses, and their warm rapport with staff indicated a high level of satisfaction with their care and their environment. There were lots of smiles, positive noises, chit chat, and warm interactions between service users and staff, and people were involved in activities they took pleasure and interest in.

The two relatives we spoke with were 'very happy' with the care at Westwood.
