Two people told us there were usually enough staff available but sometimes they had to wait for assistance.

One person told us the staff were 'all very good'. We observed a friendly rapport between people in the home and staff.

People told us that staff were available when needed. They said they did not have to wait too long for staff to help them.

People told us the staff knew how to look after them. They said the staff were "all very good".

People told us they liked living at the home and said that they received the help they needed, but that how quickly assistance was given depended on how many staff were on duty.

People told us the staff were 'very good' and 'look after us very well'.
