During a routine inspection
Relatives told us that it was a friendly home with good staff that looked after people well. They said that there was good liaison with healthcare professionals and the GP and district nurses were called to provide treatment and support where needed. One person told us 'There is good access to the GP and communication is good.'
Some concerns were raised about the lack of social activities and variety. One person said 'There is no interaction between the residents. X has become institutionalised.'
