People told us that they were happy in the home and that they felt there were enough staff. They also told us that they were able to make choices in their lives.

15 March 2012

During an inspection looking at part of the service

People told us that they were happy in the home and that they liked it there. They said they accessed the local town as they wished, going out everyday, sometimes to bingo. They said they could lie in bed in the mornings if they wished to and that they liked their room. People told us that the food was alright and that they got enough to eat. There was something different every day. They said that staff were ok, that they had a key worker and that staff were approachable.

People told us that they liked the staff, were kept up to date and were well informed.
