During an inspection looking at part of the service

We spoke with two people who attended the clinic and both were complimentary about the service. The clinic had also received mostly positive feedback from other customers who used the clinic over the last year. The majority of people said they were pleased with their treatment and they had seen improvement in the condition for which they were treated. One person told us, "I've had long standing problems. I've had physiotherapy including massage and manipulation as I had an injury in both wrists. I was given exercises to do as well. My range of motion is much better than it was."
