As part of this inspection we were able to speak with one person using the service. They told us, "everything has been fantastic from start to finish." We also checked customer satisfaction questionnaires, which showed that most people were very satisfied with the quality of care and treatment offered. One person commented, "the amount of time scheduled with the doctor was excellent. Nothing was rushed and so it gave time for me to think about other issues that I may want to raise."
