During a routine inspection
People who did recived a service were complementary about the service and stated they had found the agency to be professional. They added that they received the care they required and had been involved in identify the care they needed.
People did not raise any concerns about the care they received from staff and reported that they had found them reliable, able to work under their own initiative, well trained and very friendly. They added that they felt the staff had the skills and knowledge to provide the care they needed.
People knew who to speak to if they were unhappy with the service and those who had used the complaints procedure stated that concerns had been dealt with promptly.
