During a routine inspection
They told us the care staff who visited their relatives on a regular basis were very kind and caring and they were generally satisfied with the response of the office staff to any enquiries. However, relatives told us they had some issues about the lack of communication following concerns raised and when new staff attended their relatives they did not seem to have the full information about their needs.
