During a routine inspection

All of the people who used the service that we talked with were positive about the service they received both from the carers and the office staff. One person told us, "I am very happy with the care, the staff treat me with respect". Another person told us that their carer, "Does what I tell her". One person told us that they were treated as an, "Individual". The relative of one person who used the service told us that the carer knew her relative well and that she felt confident leaving her relative with the carers.

During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they are treated with dignity and respect and said that, "The care staff are marvellous". They also told us that the care staff give them the choice of what activity they would like to do that day. People confirmed that on a regular basis they are asked if they are happy with the service being provided and they knew who to contact if they had any concern.
