During a routine inspection

People told us they were involved in decisions about their care and support. People said they were 'absolutely or extremely satisfied with the service received'. One said 'we are very pleased, more pleased with these than any previous agency we've had'. Another said 'we've had two previous agencies and this one seems on the ball, we were pleasantly surprised'. Care records had information to make sure people had consistent care as they had agreed. The agency works well with health and social care professionals to make sure peoples care is coordinated. People felt safe using the service. They said the standards of hygiene and infection control of staff was good. The systems and training for staff in handling people medicines and prescribed creams are safe. People had the equipment they needed to make sure they were safe. Recruitment checks were carried out on staff. "I have not enjoyed working for a company so mush as I do this one". People received care and support from a small team of staff who were not rushed when visiting people's homes. People were generally more than happy with the service received and felt able to speak with anyone who works for Care Solutions if there was a problem. People's records were held securely.
