During a routine inspection

We met the majority of people who live at the home. One person we spoke with said that they liked living there. They told us about the things they liked to do and said that the staff looked after them. We saw that the staff were kind and caring, supported people in making choices about what they wanted to do and treated them with respect. There was a calm and relaxed atmosphere at the home on the day of our visit.
