During an inspection looking at part of the service

The people living in the home had complex needs and as a result it was difficult to acquire specific information about this outcome. However, one person spoken to said that they were "happy" with the care being provided and said the staff were "lovely".

A relative spoken to said that there had been some changes to their relatives needs but that the staff had explained this to them and that they were "satisfied" with the way the care was being "managed by the staff".

During a routine inspection

The people living in the home had complex needs and as a result it was difficult to acquire specific information about how they feel about living at Washington Lodge Care Home. When asked how the staff look after them one person replied, "they are nice to me". Another said we 'they help me with things'.
