During an inspection in response to concerns
We spoke with three service users on the younger adults unit on the ground floor about the environment. They all said that the home needed redecoration. One service user pointed to the settee in the dining area and said, 'we need a new settee'. Another service user said, 'the home is now being redecorated, it's about time too'.
