During an inspection in response to concerns

The Birmingham East and North Primary Care Trust told us that some relatives of people who use the service expressed concern about continence care, fluid intake monitoring, staffing levels and the attitude and integrity of some staff working at the home. The trust told us that it was also concerned about the standard of care and about the lack of basic medical equipment in the home.
