During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who use services when we visited. Due to the care needs of people who use services not everyone was able to express an opinion about the care they received. One person said 'it's good here, I love it'.Another comment was 'it is as good as anywhere here I suppose'. People appeared happy and settled. We spoke to people who were visiting family members.They told us they felt their relative was well cared for.
