We spoke with three people who used the service and three people's relatives who told us they were happy with the service provided by Crossroads Care Liverpool Sefton & Warrington. They told us that the service was reliable and they were supported by the same carers on a regular basis, which was important to them. People told us that they were always contacted if their relative's carer would be late for any reason. People told us they knew how to make a complaint if they had any concerns and that they are regularly asked for their views on the service. Other comments included:
My relative is 'Very fond of his carers.'
'I wouldn't have any other care company.'
My carers are 'Lovely people.'
I would give them an '8/10.'
I feel my relative is in 'Safe hands.'
The carers are "Highly qualified and well trained."
