During an inspection in response to concerns
"I am very well looked after I have been here three years. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The food is home-cooked sometimes they give you too much. I am able to choose what I want to eat". 'I have been here a while me and my family are very pleased with the care provided. It's very nice and the food is good all staff are like friends to us all. I get newspapers every day it's like all from home". "We looked around every home in the area before we chose this one. It is an excellent home and the staff are really good. The family are going on holiday altogether very soon, we would not do that if we were not fully confident that our relative would be well looked after".
