During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and planned for taking into account any risks associated with the care and support planned. This ensured that support was provided safely.
Staff at the service were well supported and trained so that they competent and experienced in carrying out their role.
The service sought to ensure quality through seeking people's views and keeping procedures and practices under review.
