During a routine inspection
The person was not able to understand why they needed care but they were able to tell us that a family member, who lives locally, checks on them every day.
The person told us that the "girls" came in each day and made nice food which they enjoyed.
The person who received care said they felt safe.
The person receiving a service in their own home told us staff helped them take their medicine each day.
Staff had been working with the person for a long time and demonstrated during our conversation that they knew the person well and understood how to support them.
The person we spoke with was able to tell us that staff always asked how they were.
