During a routine inspection
One of the relatives told us 'She is happy here and has made a remarkable recovery. She is doing well and likes the staff. They let me know if she is ill and they call the doctor who comes straight away.'
There had been improvements to the decoration of the building. Some bathrooms had been repainted and fitted with new accessible baths. Thirteen bedrooms had been upgraded over the last year, with new carpets, curtains, furniture and re-decoration.
