During a routine inspection
However, we noted that some of the people were withdrawn and there were missed opportunities for these people to be engaged in tasks or activities to promote their sense of wellbeing. People were treated with care and consideration by staff although for one person, who presented with a challenging behaviour, the opportunity to promote the person's wellbeing, and the wellbeing of others close by, was missed.
