People were supported to make choices, try new experiences and develop independence skills.

We found arrangements were in place to safely support people with their medicines.

People told us they liked staff who provided their support. We observed positive and meaningful interactions between people who used the service, support workers and managers. We found there were enough staff to provide people's support.

There were systems in place to help support people to make complaints and raise concerns. But we found some improvements were needed to make sure concerns were properly dealt with.
