During an inspection in response to concerns

Those with whom we spoke were complimentary about the staff and the care they received at Chaplin Lodge. The issue around the lift being out of order was discussed and people felt that the staff and manager had done what they could to ensure they were comfortable and able to continue living at the home. They added that the manager was approachable and if they had any concerns they would be able to discuss these with her.
