During a routine inspection
People said that they enjoyed having their hair done and that the hairdresser visited each week. They said that although there were some activities that took place, not a lot went on at the home.
Surveys returned to the provider from people living in the home indicated that people felt safe in their environment.
People said that they liked living in the home and that it was always clean.
People told us that there were always enough staff available to attend to their needs promptly.
People said that staff 'knew what they were doing'.
Two health professionals were visiting the home at the time of the visit and they spoke positively about the home. Their comments included, 'The staff are a committed team. They are brilliant'.
