During a routine inspection
People told us they felt safe at the home. One person said, 'The manager is approachable and I would have no hesitation in speaking to her if I was worried about anything'.
People said that their bedroom was comfortable and met their needs. One person told us 'It's nice here', another person said, 'It can be noisy at times'.
People told us 'There are always plenty of staff'.
People said that they are involved in decisions that affect their lives. One person said, 'I have met with my social worker and staff to discuss how I am progressing'. Another person told us that they had completed some information offering their views of the home.
