During a routine inspection

We did not have the opportunity to speak to people who use services on this occasion. The clinic has booked appointments and offers a walk-in service. No one attended the clinic during our visit. We have considered client feedback from a client questionnaire audit conducted in March 2010.

All of the clients had confidence in the staff at the clinic and felt they were able to answer all of their questions. The clients said they would recommend the clinic to a friend.
