We had previously undertaken an on-site inspection on 25 September 2025 under Section 60 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 as part of our regulatory functions.
We found the registered provider was not providing well-led care and was in breach of Regulation 17 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
We undertook a follow up on-site inspection on 10 August 2026.
This inspection was carried out to review the actions taken by the registered provider to improve the quality of care and to confirm that the practice was now meeting legal requirements.
We found the practice had met regulations.
The practice had systems to manage risks.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation.
Infection control procedures followed published guidance.
Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance.
Patients were treated with dignity and respect.
The practice is in Bristol and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including parking for disabled people, outside the practice.
The practice had 3 treatment rooms.
During our inspection we spoke with the principal dentist.
