We did no seek the views of people using the service for this responsive review.

The people we spoke to as part of this review were all very positive about the services provided at or from Grove House. People told us they feel they get the support they need and appreciate the range of therapies available.

People told us that the hospice makes a difference to their lives and value the understanding but positive approach of the staff and volunteers. People also said that the service provided at Grove House makes them feel supported and part of a community.
