Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Whitegates Respite.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of six service users at Whitegates Respite.

The registered provider must notify the Commission if any short break at Whitegates Respite, Sparken Hill, Worksop, S80 1AP exceeds 12 consecutive weeks. The notification must inform the Commission of the reason for the extended stay and the intentions to support the service user to return home, or move to more appropriate accommodation.
