Relatives told us that the support provided by the home had improved since our last inspection visit.

One person made the comment, 'Quite good care,' but expressed concerns that on occasions their relative was not dressed neatly and family members had found food spills on their clothing and face.

Relatives also told us that the people who they visit appeared to enjoy the food.

People told us that they thought their nursing and care needs were being met. They described the home as 'lovely', 'warm', 'clean' and 'comfortable'. People we spoke to, both residents and relatives had differing opinions about the level and availability of staffing in the home. They stated that staff were friendly, approachable and quick to respond to calls for assistance. Staff were described 'hard -working', 'very good', and 'kind and caring'.
