During a routine inspection
People said that they were being well cared for at the home. People we asked said that they enjoyed the varied activities and the trips out of the home to places of interest. In relation to activities one person said 'it's wonderful, great.'
People we spoke with said that they were able to raise any concerns they might have.
People said that staff were available to help them when they needed it. One person said 'staff are caring, I can't fault it', and another said 'this is my family here'. A visitor told us 'staff are always smiling'.
