Some people could not tell us about their care or what they thought about the home. We observed how people were supported by members of staff. Members of staff engaged with people in a positive manner. Members of staff knocked on people's bedroom doors before being invited in.

A relative told us that they were kept up to date with changes in their mother's care. They said they felt their mother was well cared for.

We asked people about living at Kings Court. One person told us "I sleep quite well. I don't need any help with washing. I like a cup of tea but they don't bring it that often enough."
