All inspections: Southbank - Care Quality Commission

We spoke to two people living at Southbank: Both these people kept their prescribed medicines in their rooms and took them without help from the nurses. One person told us that her new supply of medicines was delivered regularly each month. The other person said 'There has been some confusion about my tablets and some medicines that I needed were not delivered to the home to start with.'

'They (the staff) are all very kind'

'We get a nice variety of food here.'

'Food is not bad at all'.

'Lunch was very nice'.

'The food is nice'.

'The staff look after me no problem'

'The staff here are good and some are very good'.

'I do get a shower but because there are not enough staff I don't get as many as I used to'.

'We can have drinks or snacks whenever we want'.

'There is always a choice of meals'.

'They need more staff, sometimes I have to wait a long time for help'.

'I don't like all the agency staff'.
