The manager of the home supplied us with information so that we could make a judgment on whether the home had made improvements to how people were consulted about their care and support needs, and if the people living at the home were being offered more activities

We did not speak with people using the service on this occasion.

We were not able to have conversations with most of the people living at Kilncroft due to the nature of their disabilities. However we observed some people during the visit and saw that staff attended promptly to their needs, were respectful towards them and maintained their dignity, we observed that people were comfortable in the company of staff and staff had a good rapport with them.
