During a routine inspection

People said they liked to spend time in their bedrooms and that was their choice. They said staff served them their meals in their rooms and the food was good quality. People were treated with respect and staff preserved people's dignity when assisting with personal care.

Relatives said staff mostly told them about any changes to their relatives care. One relative told us that the deputy manager always rang them if their relative needed to see their doctor. However, relatives raised concerns that there had been a number of changes to the care staff. They said there seemed to be quite a lot of agency staff used, and sometimes there did not appear to be sufficient staff, and that worried them.
