Meadowfold Hyndburn Ribble Valley Short Break Service will only provide short break services and will not become a service users permanent home.

The provider must notify the Commission if any short break exceeds a stay of three months. The notification must inform the Commission of the reason for the extended stay and the intentions to support the service user to move to a suitable home.
